Matthew Rosenbaum is an accomplished real estate professional with over 19 years of experience assisting clients in both residential and commercial property transactions. A true South Florida native, he was born in Plantation and grew up in Cooper City. Matt obtained both his BA in Business Administration and MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

He has a diverse background in property management, community association management, and vacation property rental and management services, as well as the public real estate sector. His combined skills and experience gives his clients access to many valuable resources and contacts here in South Florida.

Matt has a natural ability to connect with each of his clients on a personal level and is passionate about making every transaction as smooth as possible. Shakara Rosenbaum, or “Shak”, is a Florida native. She grew up in Central Florida and relocated to the Ft. Lauderdale area in 2000. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in Communications from Florida Atlantic University, and went on to earn a Master of Science in Education and Sports Management from Nova Southeastern University.

Shakara’s professional career began at Nova Southeastern University’s College of Optometry as a continuing education program coordinator and alumni event planner. More recently she has worked in the digital marketing field, helping clients generate business and increase their online presence through social media management and website marketing. Her experience also includes vacation rental property management.

As a licensed Sales Associate, Shakara enjoys networking with industry professionals and personally connecting with each of her clients. An opportunity to help a first time homebuyer or investor find the perfect property, while simplifying the homebuying process is her mission.
